House Casa Alegria is located in the prestigious La Florida neighborhood. In the area, there are bars, restaurants and a Spanish supermarket Consum. The house is located in an urbanization of low buildings, which provides silence and privacy. Next to the house there’s a big swimming pool with a children area and a garden with places for resting.
The house has capacity for six people (max 7 people, if there are childeren).
The house has a big patio right next to the swimming pool, which is equipped with deck chairs, a table and chairs. You can move the deck chairs out of the patio, closer to the swimming pool.
On the ground floor, there’s a bedroom with a double bed, living room with a kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed), and a bathroom with a shower. On the balcony of one of the bedrooms there are stairs to the so-called solarium – kind of a patio on a roof. There are furniture and a grill, and you can see the sea from there.
House Casa Alegria has:
- fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, cutlery, crockery, etc.)
- washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer
- a cot, a pram
- a TV (Polish TV)
- fast WiFi with no data limit
- on the patio there’s table and chairs, and also deck chairs, part of it can be covered from the sun with a rolling awning
