Monte Arabí is a 1,068-meter-tall mountain near a town called Yecla in the region of Murcia. In 1998, it was included in UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites because of archeological discoveries in the area and its unusual appearance. Traces of human activity in the area date back to over 4,000 years ago, including cave drawings and petroglyphs. Along the mountain trail, there are interesting natural rock formations, as well as one of the most beautiful caves in Spain. Legend has it that a UFO landed there long ago, and that the mountain has a magnetic field to it.
